Key instructions and conditions:
- Bid submission and processing shall be through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Tender documents, terms & conditions and specifications are available on the PPRA website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) & Punjab E-Procurement System.
- Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required.
- Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure (Technical & Financial) as per Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA rules will apply.
- Procuring agency may reject bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA rules. Firms under disciplinary action, defaulter or blacklisted with procuring agency/PPRA will not be allowed to participate.
- Only firms registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments are eligible to participate.
- In case of non-availability/allocation of funds, the procurement may be scrapped and the procuring agency shall incur no liability towards bidders. Quantity may be increased/decreased as per availability of funds and PPRA rules.
