Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed bids for the disposal/sale of approximately 20,800 metric tons of sealed wheat stock held in rice mills, grain merchants' warehouses and private godowns in District Usta Muhammad.

| Inspection | Interested bidders may inspect the sealed wheat stock at the respective locations in District Usta Muhammad during office hours before submission of bids. No claims on quality, moisture or quantity will be entertained after bid submission. |
| Bid Security | PKR 20,000,000 (Rs. 20.00 million) in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Draft in favour of the Director General, Commodity Management Balochistan. |
| Reserve Price | Benchmark reserve price: PKR 3,500 per 40 kg (as set by the Federal Government). |
| Weightment & Delivery | Wheat will be released on 100% actual weighment. Payment will be made on the basis of actual weight determined at delivery. Delivery will be supervised by the authorized Release Committee in presence of representatives of the successful bidder. Loading, transportation and incidental expenses to be borne by the purchaser. |
| Payment Terms | Successful bidder shall make payment on spot as required (payment to be made in accordance with auction terms). |
| Right of Acceptance | Bid Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason, in accordance with applicable procurement laws and government policy. |
| Submission & Opening of Bids | Bids to be submitted and will be opened on 2026-09-03 at 09:00 AM. |
