| DevOps Engineer | BS in CS/Software Engineering/IT; MS preferred; 8–10 years’ experience owning DevOps functions | CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, Linux/Windows, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Prometheus/Grafana, Azure/AWS DevOps; CKA, Terraform preferred; end-to-end DevOps ownership and technical leadership. |
| Product Manager | BS/MS in CS/IT or Business; 6+ years’ experience | Own product roadmap and delivery for citizen services portfolio; prioritize features, timelines and resourcing for digital service delivery. |
| Full Stack Engineer | BS in CS/Software Engineering/Information Systems (HEC recognized) or equivalent | JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue, Node.js/.NET/Java/Python, SQL; REST/gRPC/SOAP APIs; experience building full-stack web applications, security and API design integration. |
| Senior Quality Assurance Engineer | BS in CS/Software Engineering or related; 6+ years’ relevant experience | Test automation, ISTQB or equivalent certifications a strong plus; experience with quality assurance processes, test strategy, automation frameworks, and defect management across SDLC. |
