WAPDA (Chief Engineer (Power), GB) invites electronic bids (Ref: OP/ITR-269(1)) for the procurement of spare parts for a 500 kV circuit breaker for WAPDA GB Power Complex, Barotha-Attock on FOB basis. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS (epads.gov.pk) by 2026-09-03 at 11:00 hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs in the Conference Room, Main Office Building, GB Power Complex Colony, Barotha-Attock. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure will be followed.
Eligible manufacturers/authorized distributors/suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List may obtain e-bidding documents on EPADS. Contract completion period is 120 days from issuance of the purchase order. A bid security of Rs. 1,329,000.00 (original CDR) in favor of Chief Engineer (Power) GB, WAPDA Power Complex Barotha-Attock must reach the Chief Engineer's office on or before the e-bid closing date and time.
