Tender Notice — EPADS: Outsourcing & Services at Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar

Khyber Teaching Hospital (Medical Teaching Institution), Peshawar invites bids through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible bidders registered with FBR (Income Tax & Sales Tax) and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List. Bids must be submitted via EPADS. Bid security (CDR) must be submitted in favour of the Hospital Director, Khyber Teaching Hospital, and must be submitted from the account of the firm/ bidder who files the bid. Important notes: Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax & Sales Tax and listed on the Active Taxpayer List. No conditional bids will be accepted. Tender documents and specifications are available on the hospital website and EPADS/e-procurement portal. Bids must comply with hospital specifications; double rates for one item will not be accepted. The procuring entity may accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules.
