Issuer: Disposal Directorate, Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO), Peshawar. PESCO invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for disposal (sale) of store materials on an "as is where is" and "as is what is" basis. Key terms & conditions (summary):
1. Disposal on "as is where is" and "as is what is" basis; auction shall be conducted accordingly.
2. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0; manual/physical bids not accepted. Registered bidders must upload bids on EPADS and attend opening online if desired.
3. All bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
4. Quoted prices exclusive of applicable taxes; purchaser to pay taxes as per law.
5. Original Pay Order / Bank Draft for earnest money in favor of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account must be submitted in the Disposal Room (Manager Disposal) PESCO Peshawar before bid closing; failure may lead to rejection.
6. PESCO reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules; highest evaluated responsive bid may be accepted subject to approval.
