• Registration with FBR for Income Tax and BRA; listed on Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
• PEC/PCAD registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm.
• BRA registration certificate.
• Not blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority.
• Relevant ISO certifications cited (ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018) referenced in RFP.
Bid submission notes: Financial proposals will be opened only for consultants whose technical proposals are accepted. Incomplete or late proposals will not be considered.
