Issuer: Office of the Assistant Director (Sr), Local Government & RDD, District Tank. Sealed tenders are invited through the EPADS e-procurement system for solarization works and installation of solar street lights under ADP No.1900/180579 and “420245-Solarization of Tubewells in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa” on single stage two-envelope procedure. Only contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may apply.

How to apply / submit bids: Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and KPPRA (www.kppra.gov.pk). Bidders must submit bids through EPADS and also send hard copies in sealed envelopes containing a separate "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal". Hard copies must be addressed to the Assistant Director (Sr) LG & RDD Headquarter District Tank, Bannou Road, Tank through registered courier or as instructed.
Bid security: As stated per work (2% of estimated cost) in the form of a call deposit in favor of Assistant Director (Senior) LG & RDD Headquarter Tank.
Opening & evaluation: The last date and time for submission of electronic tender forms is 2026-09-10 at 12:30 PM. The date and time for opening of financial bids will be communicated after approval of technical bids. Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened. Other standard KPPRA terms and conditions apply.
