Project Implementation Unit (PIU), BWSIP Component B invites applications from eligible candidates for five specialist positions to support project implementation in Quetta. Candidates must meet the specified minimum academic qualifications and professional experience for each post.

| Financial Management Specialist | 1 | Qualified CA/ACCA with 7 years' experience or Master's in Commerce/Finance/BBA/MBA or related | Minimum seven (07) years of experience in financial management for public/donor-funded projects; experience in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, donor procedures; familiarity with accounting software and financial management systems. |
| Environmental Specialist | 1 | Master's degree in Environmental Sciences, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or comparable discipline | Minimum seven (07) years of professional experience in environmental assessment, safeguards, monitoring and mitigation measures for infrastructure projects; knowledge of national and international environmental and social regulations and management plans. |
| Social Development Specialist | 1 | Master's degree (minimum 16 years) in Social Sciences, Sociology, Social Development, Rural Development, Community Development or related | Minimum seven (07) years of experience in social development, stakeholder engagement, community mobilization, gender/social inclusion, grievance redress mechanisms (GRM), and safeguards for development projects. |
| WASH Specialist | 1 | Master's degree (minimum 16 years) in Civil/Environmental/Water Resources/Engineering, or related discipline | Minimum seven (07) years of experience in planning, design, construction supervision and operation of water supply, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) systems; experience with community-based WASH programs and technical oversight of infrastructure works. |
