Public Notice — Verification & Amendment of Land Records (Khata) for Taluka Umerkot, District Umerkot

Issuer: Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Umerkot, District Umerkot. Under provisions of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, the Mukhtiarkar's office has initiated re-examination, verification and correction of the Record of Rights (Khata) and mutation entries that were last finalized during 1985–86.

Purpose: To verify, correct and update land record entries (including names, survey numbers, shares, and mutation particulars) and to computerize consolidated land records linked to National Identity Cards.

Who should act: Any landholder, claimant, heir or person having any objection regarding name, survey number, land, property, mutation or share fraction in the Record of Rights for the affected Deh/Tappa must submit an objection. Affected area specifically noted: Record of Rights and Mutation Register (Parat A) — Deh Kheroi, Tappu Kheroi, Taluka Umerkot, District Umerkot. Reference: Deh Form No. VII.

Action required: Interested parties must present objections and supporting documentary proof (including CNIC) in person at the Mukhtiarkar Office or the Assistant Commissioner Office, Taluka Umerkot, within the period specified in the notice (objections are required within 15 days of publication). Landholders are advised to bring original CNICs and any title/mutation documents for verification.

Note: Records will be examined and amended where necessary; completed entries will be linked to computerized records and CNIC verification. Failure to submit timely objections may result in correction or finalization of entries without further notice.
