Corrigendum – Irrigation Department Multan: Tender Deadline Extended to 31 August 2026 (IPL-7453 / IPL-7771)

Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Irrigation Department — Office of the Executive Engineer, Machinery Division, Multan.

Purpose: Corrigendum announcing extension of bid submission date and upload of amended bidding documents for the referenced tender.

References: Original tender published under IPL-7453; prior corrigendum IPL-7771 (which had earlier revised the bid submission to 2026-08-17).

Key instructions and clarifications:

1. Clarifications and observations received from prospective bidders on the subject tender have been examined and will be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) and the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.

2. The bidding documents have been amended consequent upon the aforesaid clarifications and will also be uploaded on the e-P and PPRA websites.

3. All prospective bidders are directed to download the amended bidding documents and to quote their bids strictly in accordance therewith. Bids uploaded using previously uploaded (un-amended) bidding documents shall be treated as non-responsive.

4. Submission and opening conditions: Bids must be uploaded electronically using the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx). Bids will be opened publicly at the designated time and place in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

5. All other terms, conditions and technical specifications outlined in the original Tender Notice under IPL-7453 shall remain unchanged except as amended via this Corrigendum and the Addendum to the Bidding Documents.
