Tender: Medical Supplies, Laboratory Kits & Blood Bags – Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi (ePADS)

Issuer: Hospital Director, Bacha Khan Medical Complex (Medical Teaching Institution), Swabi. Bids are invited through ePADS (Single Stage Two Envelope) for supply of medical disposables, equipment and laboratory items.

Key deadlines and meeting: Tender submission on ePADS by 2026-09-16 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-09-03 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, Admin Block.

Submission and bid security: Bid security must be submitted from the account of the firm/bidder/contractor in favor of the Hospital Director, Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi. Original bid security and original stamped documents must be provided. Pay Orders (PO) will not be accepted as bid security.

Eligibility, validity and scope: Only typed tenders on original letterhead, signed and stamped on every page, will be accepted. Hand-written bids or alternate rates will not be accepted. Rates shall remain valid as specified (refer to tender documents). The awarded rates will be applicable for Bacha Khan Medical Complex (BKMC), GKM C, THQ Hospital Topi & THQ Hospital Chota Lahar as indicated.

Other conditions: Income Tax, stamp duty, GST or any other applicable government taxes will be charged according to rules. The procuring entity reserves the right to cancel any or all bids in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa public procurement regulations.
