| Experience | Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in internal auditing, risk management and internal controls, including leadership/senior managerial experience (including relevant experience in hospitals/healthcare or public sector as indicated) |
| Age Limit | As per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government guidelines for equivalent public sector positions; relaxation subject to Board approval |
| Key Responsibilities | Lead and manage the internal audit function; develop and execute risk-based Annual Audit Plan; conduct audits of financial, operational, compliance and IT processes; monitor implementation of audit recommendations; report to the Audit Committee/Board and senior management; maintain Quality Assurance & Improvement Program (QAIP); provide advisory services on internal controls, risk mitigation and governance |
