Auction Notice – Cafeteria and Campus Shops at GC Women University Sialkot

GC Women University Sialkot invites sealed bids from individual entrepreneurs/business persons or firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the annual lease of cafeteria and campus shop facilities at its campuses. Bid documents, terms and conditions, and instructions are available free of cost on the university website and the PPRA portal. Bids must be delivered in person and accompanied by the required bid security in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Treasurer, GC Women University Sialkot.

Key dates and submission details:

- Bid submission deadline: On or before 2025-08-31 by 11:30 AM.
- Bid opening: Same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bid security: 5% of the estimated annual rental value (see table).
- Documents available: GC Women University website (www.gcwus.edu.pk) and PPRA website. Further information and inspection of documents from the office of the Director (AC), GC Women University Sialkot during office hours.

Other important notes:

- Late bids will be rejected.
- Bids must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security (CDR) payable to Treasurer, GC Women University Sialkot.
- The university will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation of bids.
- The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
