- Suppliers must quote only one option per item and must quote all items in the lot; partial quotations or multiple options may be rejected.
- Rates must be inclusive of all taxes, loading/unloading, packaging, branding and allied costs up to point of delivery. Tax will be deducted at source as per Pakistan law.
- Samples will be requested from shortlisted suppliers and must be presented at Sami Foundation office at the supplier's expense.
- Sami Foundation reserves the right to change quantities, cancel/reject any or all offers, and forfeit bid security if the selected bidder refuses to sign the contract. Quality, delivery time and previous experience will be considered alongside price.
- No corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices; bidders found involved may be rejected and blacklisted.
