Issuer: Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) National Headquarters, Islamabad. PRCS invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced consultancy firms or individual consultants to conduct consultancy services to strengthen financial sustainability, resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement and institutional positioning.
Scope of Assignment (three key components):

Duration: The assignment is expected to be completed within approximately 10 weeks from contract commencement. Selected consultants will be engaged in accordance with PRCS procurement procedures and terms of reference.
Eligibility: Experienced and qualified firms/individuals with a strong track record in financial sustainability, resource mobilization and stakeholder assessments are invited to submit EOIs.

- EOI and sealed Technical & Financial proposals must be submitted to the PRCS Procurement Unit at National Headquarters, Sector H-8, Islamabad.
- Documents may also be downloaded from Brightspyre and the PRCS website (www.prcs.org.pk).
- Submission timing: sealed proposals must reach the Procurement Unit by 15:00 (local time). Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 15:30 in the presence of interested firms or their authorized representatives.
