Cantonment Board Sialkot directs owners of all properties within Sialkot Cantonment, under Sections 126 & 142 of the Cantonments Act, 1924, to immediately vacate buildings that are dilapidated, unsafe, or dangerous and to obtain prior permission for necessary repairs so that major accidents can be avoided before the monsoon season.
The Board warns it will not be responsible for any loss of life or property resulting from failure to vacate or repair hazardous structures.
