District Police Chiniot invites electronic bids (e-Bids) for the purchase/provision of miscellaneous items and services under framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurements include office stationery, computer stationery, printing items, mobile oil/lubricants, batteries & filters, tyre tubes & flappers, miscellaneous/spot meal items, tents & tarpaulins, ice & coal, store items, beds & boxes, plant & machinery, furniture & fixtures, repair of machinery, repair/maintenance, renovation of government police buildings/SIPs (as per estimates), repair of transport and other items as listed in bidding documents.

| Eligibility / Qualifications | Firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/dealers/distributors (including joint ventures where applicable) registered with relevant Registration Authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax) and meeting Punjab procurement requirements. |
| Bid Security | Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (in form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order from a scheduled bank) in favour of DPO Chiniot must be submitted before e-bid submission as specified in bidding documents. |
| Performance Guarantee | Successful bidders will be required to furnish performance guarantee in accordance with PPRA rules. |
| Submission Method | e-Procurement through the Punjab e-procurement system (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Original bid security and required documents must also be submitted as instructed in the bidding documents. |
