PESCO Invitation to E-Bid — Procurement of 11kV Distribution Hardware, HT Structures & Panels

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). PESCO invites e-bids from eligible bidders for procurement of materials and equipment as listed below. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) under a Single Stage-One Envelope adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).

Key requirements and instructions:

- Bidding documents, specifications, quantities and requirements are available on EPADS (e-procurement) and PESCO websites. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for submission.

- Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents. Bid Security must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in favor of CEO, PESCO, Peshawar.

- Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Original documents (such as Bid Security) must be delivered to Manager Material Management, Room #311, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar before the bid closing time; failure to submit required original documents will render the bid non-responsive.

- E-bids will be submitted and opened via EPADS v2.0. Bidders should ensure timely EPADS registration and follow EPADS instructions for submission. Late bids will be rejected.
