Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Headquarter Islamabad.
Purpose: NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners to deliver free High-Tech IT training with international certifications under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III.

Eligible training partners and key conditions:
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes / software houses preferred; principal / vendor partner (academies/institutes) permitted.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in Batch-II will not be entertained.
