Bid securities must be in the shape of a call deposit receipt in favor of the procuring entity. Earnest money and additional securities must be prepared as per applicable KPPRA notifications. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the closing date. Late, conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
