Issuer: Directorate of Land & Management, Malir Development Authority (MDA).
Purpose: MDA has commenced issuance of possession orders for allotted residential and commercial plots in the listed schemes. Allottees who have paid their dues in full should visit their respective scheme office to collect the possession order.
Applicable Schemes: Scheme-25A (Shah Latif Town), Taiser Town Scheme-45, and New Malir Housing Project (Scheme-I).
Action Required: Allottees with outstanding dues are advised to clear all arrears promptly. Upon full payment of outstanding dues and completion of required formalities, allottees will be eligible to receive the possession order for their residential or commercial plots.
