Issued by the Court of Ahmad Nadeem Khan, Civil Judge 1st Class, Dera Ghazi Khan, in a suit for declaration filed by Qadeer Ahmad and M. Adel M. Ahmad (son of Abdul Rehman). Service on the defendants could not be effected by ordinary means and is being made by publication.
