Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme, Port Qasim Authority (PQA), Karachi notifies that the plot No. 696, Block-A, Category-A (approx. 200 sq. yards) in Gulshan-e-Benazir Township, originally allotted to the late Liaquat Ali S/o Abdullah Khan Malkani (expired 07.06.2023), is being transferred to his legal heirs.
The named legal heirs are Nawab Zadi (widow), Maria, Madiha, Sidra, Fatima and Daniyal Shah. Anyone having a claim or objection must notify the Secretary, Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme, PQA Karachi, in writing within 15 days of this notice; no claims will be entertained after that period.
