Public Notice — Revision & Re-Write of Record of Rights for Deh Konar, Taluka New Saeedabad (Matiari)

Issuer: Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Taluka Saeedabad, District Matiari, under direction of the Board of Revenue Sindh.

Purpose: Special revision, amendment and verification (re-writing) of the Record of Rights (land revenue record) for Deh Konar, Taluka New Saeedabad, District Matiari to digitize and standardize land records.

Legal authority and references: Action taken under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. Board of Revenue Full Board meeting held on 28 February 2025 approved the revision programme. The Board of Revenue Sindh issued Order No. B0R-I/Rev-1/36/2026/Misc/RW dated 12-02-2026 directing the special revision and amendment/verification of Records of Rights pertaining to Deh Konar, Taluka New Saeedabad. Reference: INF/KRY/2334/2026.

Scope and process: The Mukhtiarkar will prepare revised and verified records in accordance with the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967; final verification will be carried out by the concerned Assistant Collector. The notice includes a list of affected landholders and survey numbers for Deh Konar as part of the re-writing exercise.

Action required by landholders: Any landholder who has an objection regarding name, survey number, ownership rights, land particulars or any related matter must submit the objection in writing to the office of the Mukhtiarkar or to the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Saeedabad within 15 days from the date of this notice. If no objection is received within the stipulated period, the record will be re-written (re-written) in the names of the concerned stakeholders/shareholders as recorded in the revision.
