Government of Pakistan – Ministry of Railways invites sealed Requests for Proposals (RFP) from reputable consulting firms (registered for Income Tax and on FBR Active Taxpayers List) for Third-Party Validation (TPV) of selected PSDP projects. Firms may apply individually or as consortium/JV under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Separate Technical and Financial proposals are required for each project submitted.
Key deadlines and meetings:
- Proposals must reach the concerned Project Director on or before 2024-07-22 at 14:00 hours.
- Proposals will be opened the same day at 14:30 hours.
- Pre-bid meetings: 2024-07-08 (Monday) at 11:00 hours at respective project offices.
Eligibility and submission details:
- Firms must be duly registered, on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and possess relevant qualifications and experience.
- Follow the Terms of Reference (ToRs) and submission instructions available on the Ministry of Railways, Pakistan Railways and PPRA websites.
