Key conditions and how to participate:

- Auction method: Open public bidding to be held on the stated auction date.

- Bid security: Refundable Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 1,000,000 (Rupees One Million) must be deposited in advance with the Auction Committee at least one hour before commencement of bidding.

- Participation fee: Rs. 20,000 (non-refundable) to be deposited with the Auction Committee.

- Successful bidder: Will be required to pay 30% of the offered bid amount as annual rent at the time of the auction; other terms and lease conditions will apply as per Pakistan Railways rules.

- Ineligible participants: Government employees, railway defaulters, and persons against whom court cases are filed are not eligible to participate.
