Key instructions and eligibility:
- Eligible Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)/Contractors registered with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) or above in the relevant category may participate.
- E-bid submission only via the e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS). Hard copies will not be accepted.
- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR. Original CDR must be submitted as required in the tender terms.
- Bid validity: 120 days. Performance guarantee: 10% of contract value by the successful bidder upon award.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules.
