Auction: Cycle Stand (Parking) & Main Canteen Services — DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar (FY 2026-27)

The Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar invites sealed bids/auction for the Cycle Stand (parking) and Main Canteen services for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding documents and terms & conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned or downloaded free of cost from the PPRA Punjab website.

Key conditions:

- Receipt of earnest money will be returned back to unsuccessful bidders. Call Deposit of the 1st highest bidder will be retained until the matter/award of contract is finalized.

- Government / Semi-Government employees are not allowed to participate in the auction process.

- Bidders must submit original CNIC; no one shall be allowed to participate without original CNIC and CDR where required.

- Bidders must be active taxpayers with NTN / STRN as per law.

- The period of contract commences upon signing of the contract and will expire on 2027-06-30.

- Successful bidder must submit full payment of the successful bid to the Govt. account; applicable taxes will be deducted. Remaining amount (if any) may be allowed in a single installment before 2026-12-31 as per contract terms.

- Successful bidder will be liable to pay all applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of security/warranty.

- Hospital Administration reserves the right to reject/accept any bid under PPRA rules (PPR A 2014, amended 2016) and Auction (Collection Right) Rules, 2016.

- The awarded bidder must vacate the canteen and parking stand premises within 15 days prior notice when required and such award shall not be challenged in any court of law.
