National Highway Authority (NHA), Central Zone, Pakistan invites re-invitation to e-bids for balance works of periodic maintenance (structural overlay) at risk & cost of the defaulted contractor. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26 in the required category/specialization.
