Key submission details:
E-Bids shall be submitted only through the Punjab e-Procurement (E-PAD) portal. E-Bids will be closed on 2026-06-29 at 10:00 AM and opened on 2026-06-29 at 10:30 AM (bidders' representatives may attend opening). Suppliers/companies/firms registered on E-PADS are eligible to participate. Incomplete proposals or proposals submitted by any means other than the E-PAD portal will be rejected.
Payment and bid security: Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price must be attached with the technical proposal preferably in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or CDR in favor of "Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company Sahiwal Division." Successful bidder's security shall be retained as performance security/guarantee and returned upon successful completion of contract.
Procurement rules and validity: The procedure shall be governed by PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid validity period shall be 90 days from the last date for submission. Financial proposals will be opened after technical evaluation on a date/time to be announced.
