Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Maintenance Region M-14. Purpose: Invitation to e-Bids for 15 routine maintenance contracts on Motorway M-14. Eligible bidders: Active taxpayers with valid NTN, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10.
Submission: Bids must be submitted online through the NHA e-bidding portal (website: www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk).
