Defence Housing Authority, Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to submit Expressions of Interest to operate an existing, fully developed fuel station located in DHA Phase-V. The facility is available for company-operated sites only. Key financial terms include a monthly reserved rent of Rs 4,000,000 and an upfront land utilization payment of Rs 400,000,000 as per DHA's terms and conditions.
Interested OMCs must submit an EOI including company profile, relevant fuel-station operating experience, financial capability and any proposed concept.
