Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited (PTC) invites Letters of Intent from qualified vendors for the provision of printing, retail merchandising, on-ground/offline activations, brand ambassador recruitment/deployment and branded giveaways. Submission must reference Tender No. Y24/ROC/FLT/02.

| Brand Ambassadors | Recruit, onboard and deploy qualified brand ambassadors across assigned markets; must demonstrate recruitment capability across key cities/regions; experience in FMCG/lifestyle/experiential marketing preferred; manage large-scale manpower operations including roster planning, attendance tracking and headcount maintenance. |
| Branded Giveaways | Conceptualise and deliver innovative promotional giveaways and branded marketing solutions for internal and external use. |
Eligibility & Mandatory Documents: Interested parties must submit company profile and demonstrate relevant experience (preferably with MNC/FMCG clients). Readily readable requirements include valid company registration, NTN/Tax documentation, GST certificates where applicable, evidence of past relevant work, audited financials/bank statements and compliance with Labour, Environmental, Health & Safety regulations. Parties with legal or criminal issues may be disqualified.
Submission instructions: Submit Letter of Intent and supporting documents both online and by courier (two submissions required). Online submission can be made via the QR code provided by PTC; hard copy (sealed envelope clearly bearing Tender No. Y24/ROC/FLT/02) must be sent to:
