Special Branch, Bahawalpur Region — Tender Notice for Supply, Repair and Miscellaneous Services for FY 2026–2027

Special Branch, Bahawalpur Region is announcing a tender notice for the supply of goods, repair/work and miscellaneous services required during Financial Year 2026–2027. Procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders (firms, companies, suppliers or contractors) must be registered with relevant authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, etc.), upload Technical and Financial bids online as a single package (Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure), and submit required documents including Income/Sales Tax registration. Technical samples/brochures for each item are mandatory. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated amount must be furnished in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title, and deposited with the S.P. (Superintendent of Police), Special Branch, Bahawalpur Region before the e-bid submission deadline. On acceptance of tenders, a Performance Guarantee of 5% of the contract value will be required. Repeat orders will not exceed 15% of the original procurement.

Submission and opening will be electronic through the Punjab e-Procurement System. E-Bid submission deadline: 04 August 2026 until 10:00 AM; E-Bid opening: 04 August 2026 at 1:00 PM.
