Pakistan Railways Headquarters, Lahore — Corrigendum: Extension of Tender Submission Date and Prequalification Notice for Multiple Procurements and Outsourcing of Luggage/Brake Vans

Pakistan Railways Headquarters, Lahore announces a corrigendum extending the tender submission date and publishing related procurement schedules. The last date for submission of bids for the procurement originally advertised on 25.06.2026 (for items including 06 air-conditioners, 25 deep freezers, plastic pallets and 06 de-humidifiers for FY 2026-27) has been extended to 01 September 2026, 15:00 hrs PST. The corrigendum and amendment (including a revised bid submission/opening date of 20-08-2026 instead of 17-08-2026 for certain items) are available at www.pakrail.gov.pk, on the PPRA website under code 253857T030820264878, and on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (IPI No.776).

In addition, Pakistan Railways invites prequalification applications from reputed contractors/companies for outsourcing the commercial management of luggage vans and brake vans and other works. Prequalification documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and Pakistan Railways/PPRA websites; a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000 is required. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 18 August 2026 at 11:30 hrs. Completed prequalification applications must be submitted to the undersigned on or before 27 August 2026 up to 11:00 hrs; proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs in Committee Room No.3, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore.
