A listed company seeks an experienced Company Secretary for its Karachi office. Candidates must meet eligibility under the Companies Act, 2017 and the Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019, be a member of a recognized professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries institute (or hold other SECP-prescribed qualifications), and have at least five years' relevant secretarial, corporate and regulatory experience in a listed company.
Thorough knowledge of the Companies Act, 2017, Securities Act, 2015, PSX regulations and other corporate laws is required; experience with board matters, general meetings, corporate disclosures and liaison with regulators is preferred.
