The Executive Engineer PHE Division Kharan invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for multiple water-supply related works under BSDI Phase-III for the year 2026-27. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single Stage, Single Envelope).
