Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Dargai invites electronic sealed tenders (MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual and Non-MRS items) through EPADS (eprocure.gov.pk) under Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA rules, 2014. Eligible firms/contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the relevant category and be duly enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the relevant field of specialization.

Fill the BSD form, scan it and upload it at the time of bid submission through EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS as per instructions in the bidding documents.
Bid security and additional requirements: Bid securities and additional securities must comply with KPPRA Notification S.R.O.(14)/Vol.1-24/2021-22 dated 10-May-2022. Contractors quoting more than 20% below the engineerʼs estimate must submit additional security equal to the differential amount. The original bid security (call deposit receipt) shall be in favor of the Procuring Entity/TMO Dargai. Failure to submit required original security instruments before the bid deadline may result in debarment or blacklisting as per KPPRA rules.
Eligibility & compliance: Firms must hold valid PEC registration in the relevant category and be enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. All taxes will be deducted as per Government laws. The procuring entity may reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules. Work order will be subject to release of funds by the Provincial Government.
