Cantt Board Wah Cantonment announces that record shows ownership of property No. 953-D, Survey No. 16 (Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt) is in the name of Naheed Anjum, wife of Syed Tahir Ali. Naheed Anjum has applied to the Cantt Board to transfer the property's recorded rights by oral gift (شرع محمدی) to her husband Syed Tahir Ali, son of Syed Shafqat Ali.
Any person or institution having objections or claims must submit written objections with supporting evidence to the office of Cantt Board Wah Cantonment within 15 days of this notice’s publication; otherwise the transfer will proceed under the prescribed procedure.
