Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Gujrat invites single-stage, one-envelope e-tenders on the Punjab E-Procurement (E-PAD) portal for desilting of open and covered drains in allied areas of WASA Gujrat (three separate zone schemes). Individual scheme costs are approximately PKR 2.511–2.526 million, bid security 5% (≈ PKR 0.126 million) and time limit 1 month.
Bidders must be registered with PEC and on the E-PAD portal, submit a valid PEC license to the issuing office, upload earnest money (CDR) of 5% on E-PAD and provide the original CDR to the Deputy Director Engineering (WASA) Gujrat half an hour before bid opening. Bids are to be submitted on E-PAD by 2026-07-16 12:30 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM. Additional performance security may be required if the tendered amount is more than 5% below the estimated cost. PPRA rules apply.
