Issuer: Office of the District Council, Procurement Office, Chief Officer, District Council Toba Tek Singh.
Purpose: Invitation for e-bids/tenders for multiple repair, maintenance and construction works (drains, soling/re-soling, earth filling, RCC slabs, raising manhole covers, patch work, PCC) on various Muhammad/Harām routes in District Toba Tek Singh.
Eligibility & Registration: Contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category/codes may participate. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement (PPRA) portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bid documents are available on the E-PAD/EPADS system.
Bid Security / Earnest Money: Original CDR (call deposit receipt) for earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated/bid cost must be attached/uploaded and submitted to the Opening Committee as required. If the lowest quoted rates are more than 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder may be required to deposit additional performance security in accordance with PLGW and PPRA rules.
