Office of GE (Army) Quetta-II (Military Engineering Services) invites sealed tenders for multiple repair, maintenance, renovation and E&M works at locations including Quetta, Zhob, Loralai and Chaman. Issuing authority: XEN, GE (Army) Quetta-II (Hassan Bin Irshad).

Eligibility and key conditions:
- Only contractors enlisted with MES in Category 'E' (Rs.150,000/-) and above may apply.
- Contractors enlisted with other departments (central/provincial PWD, KDA, CDA, WAPDA etc.) may also tender provided they furnish their enlistment documents with the application for issue of tenders.
- Contractors not enlisted with MES must deposit 5% of the estimated cost as earnest money in any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of GE (A) Quetta-II and submit the bank/treasury receipt with the application.
- If a non-enlisted contractor's tender is accepted, he shall be required to deposit Rs.150,000/- as security in the form demanded by the accepting officer.
- Tenders must be submitted in two sealed envelopes: one containing the priced tender and the other priced BQs (bills of quantities).
- Tenders must be quoted on MES Schedule of Rates 2021.
Issue and submission:
- Tenders shall be issued to contractors up to 2026-10-15 during office hours.
- Tenders must reach the office before 2026-10-16 at 11:00 Hrs; they will be opened on 2026-10-16 at 12:00 Hrs.
The accepting authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; PPRA Rules (including Rule 33(1)) will be applicable.
