Submission & Bid Opening:

Both Technical and Financial bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk). Only bids submitted through EPADS will be entertained online; however the original bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee/CDR in favour of the FA & CAO/PR, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office Lahore must be submitted physically in the office of the Deputy Chief Engineer/Track, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office Lahore before the opening of the tender.

A photocopy of the bid security shall be attached with the Technical Bid. One (01) sealed hard copy of the Technical Bid shall also be submitted in the tender box placed in the office of Dy. CEN/Track, Pakistan Railways, Lahore along with necessary documents stated in the bidding documents.

Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the specified categories and with EPADS/PPRA to access tender documents.
