TEVTA Lahore Tender – HR Services for OEP Project (Package TEVTA/PC/832/2025-26)

Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Lahore invites encrypted electronic bids under a single-stage two-envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active tax filers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must also be registered with Income Tax and Provincial/Federal Sales Tax authorities. The procurement is for provision of HR services for the OEP Project-TEVTA.

Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Encrypted electronic bids duly completed and in conformity with the Bidding Documents must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System by the stated deadline. Bidders must upload e-bids well before the submission deadline; late submissions will not be accepted. Bid security must be submitted online per PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement requirements. TEVTA will not be responsible for any issues related to e-submission.
