Tender: Allotment/Lease of Cafeteria, Photocopy & Stationery Shop, and Tuck Shop at Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib

Issuer: Secretary Purchase Committee, Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib. Ref: BGN/Tender/2026-27/06. Sealed bids are invited from eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors registered with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax) for allotment/lease of university facilities under PPRA/Sindh Procurement Rules.

Submission & Opening:

Bid submission deadline: 14 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bid opening: 14 September 2026 at 10:30 AM (in presence of bidders or their representatives). Bids must be submitted in a single sealed envelope (single stage, single envelope) containing both Technical Bid and Financial Bid. Bids must include the original bid security and be delivered to the Treasurer Office, located at Danish Schools Hostel Building, Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib.

Key conditions and instructions:

• Bid security equal to 5% of the reserve price must be submitted in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of "Treasurer, Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib". Original bid security must accompany the sealed bid.
• Only financially sound, eligible and compliant bidders will be considered. BGNU may accept or reject bids as per approved rules and without assigning reasons.
• Bidding documents, terms & conditions, requirements, and layout plans are available free of cost under Rule 25(1) at the PPRA website and the university website: http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and http://bgnu.edu.pk (or contact the Purchase Office for details).
• Successful bidders are responsible for providing/arranging all required furniture, equipment, utilities and any construction/installation/upgrades strictly in accordance with approved layouts and specifications. No compensation or reimbursement will be made by BGNU for any costs incurred by the bidder for installation, renovation, or fixtures.
• Bid validity: 120 days. All bids will be opened on the specified date in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
