National Institute of Labour Administration & Training (NILAT), Karachi, and its affiliated Workers' Education Regional Centres (Karachi & Hyderabad) invite applications from Pakistani nationals (male & female) holding Sindh domicile for multiple temporary support staff positions. Applicants must possess the required qualifications/experience as noted below.

| Naib Qasid | Qualification as prescribed by Government of Sindh for the post | 28 years |
| Chowkidar | Qualification as prescribed by Government of Sindh for the post | 28 years |
| Sanitary Worker / Sweeper | Relevant basic qualification; preference may be given based on educational qualification | 28 years |
Application procedure & requirements: Submit educational certificates, CNIC copy, attested copy of PRC/domicile, attested copy of driving licence (where applicable), and two recent passport-size photographs to the NILAT office at the address below within the prescribed time. Applicants must clearly indicate whether the application is for NILAT Karachi, Workers Education Regional Centre Karachi, or Workers Education Regional Centre Hyderabad.
Separate merit lists will be prepared for NILAT Karachi, Workers Education Regional Centre Karachi, and Workers Education Regional Centre Hyderabad. Candidates in government service must apply through proper channel. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA admissible. Appointments will be made on a temporary basis; upper age limit relaxations will be allowed as per government rules.
Submission timeline: Applications must be submitted to the NILAT office within fifteen (15) days from the publication date of the advertisement.
