Pakistan Railways Lahore Tender: Upgradation of 30 Unmanned Level Crossings (Shahdra Bagh–Sangla Hill & Faisalabad–Shorkot)

Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office Lahore invites sealed bids (Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure) for the upgradation of thirty (30) unmanned level crossings into manned level crossings on Shahdra Bagh – Sangla Hill and Faisalabad – Shorkot sections (Electrical & Signal).

How to apply and key conditions:

- Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at www.epads.gov.pk. Only bids submitted via EPADS will be entertained.

- The original Bid Security (Bank Guarantee / CDR) in favour of FA & CAO, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore must be submitted physically to the office of the Deputy Chief Engineer (Track), Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore, at or before the time of bid submission; failure to provide the original bid security will result in rejection.

- Both Technical and Financial bids should follow the two-envelope requirement; bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the specified categories and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.

- Bidders are required to register with EPADS and PPRA to access tender documents and any amendments.

- Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
