The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute), Topi invites sealed proposals for prequalification of suppliers for two categories: Fresh items (fresh fruits, vegetables, beef & mutton) and Dry items (spices, pulses, beans, rice, grains, sugar, salt and other dry grocery/ration items). Eligible suppliers must hold valid NTN and GST registration and have at least five years' relevant experience. Suppliers may apply for one or both categories with separate, clearly marked sealed envelopes.
Prequalification documents are available from the Assistant Director Procurement during office hours or via the GIK website. Submit sealed applications with a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000 by 2026-07-29, 15:00; applications will be opened the same day at 15:30.
