Eligibility: Contractors/Firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes with valid PEC, PRA and NTN certificates and whose social security contributions are being deposited regularly may participate.

Pre-qualification documents and profiles must be submitted online via the E-PADS portal only; manual submissions will not be accepted.
Important conditions: Response time is calculated from publication on the PPRA website. The procuring agency may reject all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule-35. If a public holiday is declared on the tender opening date, the next working day will be considered the opening date at the same time.
